Ability to see Attribute's description on hovering cursor on its name

      User Problem

      The users should be able to see the description of an Attribute by hovering over the field name in the Object view.

      Suggested Solutions

      Currently, when the user hovers the mouse over the Attribute name, no description for those attributes appears. Users would like to see the description displayed as below:
