Issue Summary

As an administrator, assets related action like "Lookup Objects" and "Branch on AQL" are missing for a rule that is scoped to a Jira Service Management project type. Also, when you try to search for a custom Asset objects field in the Edit issue action of this Automation rule, the field is not searchable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Automation rule and limit its scope to Service management projects.
2. Try to add a lookup objects action or Branch on AQL
3. Add Edit issue action to the rule and try searching for an Asset objects custom field.

Expected Results

You are able to add a Lookup Objects action , Branch on AQL and in Edit issue action, the asset field is searchable

Actual Results

Lookup Objects, Branch on AQL are missing and the field is nowhere to be found.

Workaround

Change the scope of the Automation rule to global.
