Description
Issue Summary
When you write an email address on the help portal and hit the 'Space' key it automatically adds a mailto to that address, if you then modify the address because of a typo the mailto is not updated and it keeps the old value.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a JSM help portal
- While creating a ticket type an email address in the description.
- You can see the mailto is set as that address.
- Edit the email address to a different one.
- It'll keep the old mailto address unless you manually modify it
Expected Results
It should automatically change the mailto to the new email.
Actual Results
If the user doesn't manually change the mailto link, it'll have a wrong one when the ticket is submitted.
Workaround
Edit the mailto link when correcting the email address in the portal.
