    Description

      Issue Summary

      When a workflow status is removed from a workflow, it still appears on the Portal when customers go to Requests > All > and filter by Status.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a dummy status in a workflow used by any Issue type within a JSM project;
      2. Create a test ticket and transition it to the recently created status. Then, move the ticket to any other status;
      3. Now, create a copy of the workflow and remove the status from it. Then, make this workflow copy active (associate it with the previous Issue Type on the project) and delete the original version.
      4. Go to your Customer Portal > Requests > All > filter by Status > Show more. You should be able to search for the status you previously created.

      Expected Results

      As soon as the status is removed from all the workflows, the same can't be used as a search criteria on the Customer Portal.

      Actual Results

      The status is removed from all the workflows, but the same can still be used as a search criteria on the Customer Portal.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
