Unable to select Components field value in JSM Chat emoji shortcut settings

    Description

      Issue Summary

      An issue in emoji settings page for component field dropdowns where there are no values in the dropdown despite having many components

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access the project
      2. Project settings > Chat > Emoji shortcuts
      3. Try to add values to the Components field

      Expected Results

      The available values for Components are displayed.

      Actual Results

      No values are displayed.

      Workaround

      Use the "Emoji reaction to Slack message" trigger in the automation.

      It works nearly the same as the Emoji Actions available in Chat Settings but is much more powerful. Key differences are:

      • You would configure the rule in Jira Automation
      • You would have much more flexibility and customizations available to them (any Issue Actions or conditions that are supported by Jira Automation out of the box!)
