Asset fields are shown differently on the Create Issue screens vs. transition screens

There's a drastic difference when viewing asset fields on transition screens, in a way that not all information is presented the same way as on the Create issue screen.

Suggestion: update how the field is shown on transition screens to match the create issue screen.
