      Problem Definition

      When using JSM Chat in Slack or Teams, JSM Forms are not supported.
      When raising a request, the Fields in an attached Form are not provided to be filled out.

      Suggested Solution

      Enable JSM Forms to be accessed and utilized through Assist in Slack & Teams.

      Workaround

      Utilize the Request Form in the Request Type by adding Custom Fields to it.
