Currently, a user with a Customer role(unlicensed users) can see the excerpt include macro in the customer portal, only for excerpts from the same space. However, they won't be able to view the excerpt include macro if the excerpt is not from the same space.

This suggestion is to allow unlicensed users to view excerpt include macro to work in the customer portal when excerpts are from spaces with anonymous access enabled.
