Expanded Asset Object Activity Tab functionality to hide/filter Activity based on user/attribute/date

The Activity Tab associated with an Asset Object records all transactions against the Object.  Occasionally it is desirable to hide transactions that come from one or more resources responsible for updating the Asset Object or Asset Objects.  It is desirable to have a feature that allows the Administrator to specify which resources can be hidden from the Activity Tab but be accessible in the case of troubleshooting.  It is also desirable to be able to filter the Objects Activity Tab activity by user, attribute, date, etc.
