Update:

I created this Bug based on behavior I was seeing within my Jira Software Projects under the Reporter Field. This has since been resolved.

Although, my client that opened this ticket also uses Jira Service Management and they were also seeing this same behavior within the Request Participant Field, which is still problematic at this time.

Problem Summary

When trying to search for Users within the Reporter or Request Participant field using the full email address for Users, no Users are populating in the drop down to select from.

As seen in the Comments, the Reporter Field seems to have been resolved, although the Request Participants Field is still not working for my client. 

As per Ben in the comments of this Bug, he suggested that I move this ticket to the JSDCloud Team, along with updating the Component to 'Request Participants'.

• Adding any characters after the '@' symbol causes the list of Users to show 'No Options' and I am then unable to select my User:
