Issue Summary
Customers have expressed interest in using the "canned responses" feature through the Jira Service Management mobile app. Currently, this feature is only available on the web version of Jira Service Management. The lack of this feature in the mobile app restricts users from utilizing pre-defined responses when they are dealing with service requests on the go.
This is reproducible on Data Center: No
Steps to Reproduce
- Install the Jira Service Management mobile app.
- Open the app.
- Try to use the 'canned responses' feature while relying on a request.
- Notice the canned responses feature is missing.
Expected Results
Customers should be able to use the 'canned responses' feature in the Jira Service Management mobile app.
Actual Results
The 'canned responses' feature is not currently available in the mobile app.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
