Description
Issue Summary
- Topics is a feature in which an admin can group request type and knowledge base articles from different projects. Topics once created are visible at the help center home screen. Now the customer has created some topics with some request types in it.
- Things were working as expected until the customer enabled the custom domain for their help center.
- After that, the request type icons are no longer visible for any logged-in user but it is visible for admins.
- This is the error message that we get when we try to open the image in a new tab even when the user is logged in
{ "errorMessage": "The action performed requires a logged in user. Please log in and try again.", "i18nErrorMessage": { "i18nKey": "sd.admin.servicedesk.error.anonymous", "parameters": [] } }
- I logged in to the instance via a customer account and observed that only one request type icon was not loading but when I logged in to the same account via incognito tab, none of the request type icons were loading.
- Different experiences are based on accounts and whether we are logging in via incognito or not.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create Topics on the JSM Help Center.
- Enable custom domain for JSM Help Center.
- Login to the Help Center and access Request Type under Topics.
- Request Type icons will not be displayed.
Expected Results
Request Type icons must be visible.
Actual Results
Request Type icons are not visible and are displayed as below.
