Possibility of replacing Jira customer Email notifications with Slack/MS Teams notifications

      Hi team,

      Please consider the possibility of replacing Jira customer email notifications with Slack/MS Teams notifications.

      The idea is that individual customer users can choose how they receive their personal notifications, via Jira Email notifications, Slack/MS Teams notifications, or both.
