Description
Issue Summary
Some teams are running into field values changing when they migrate tickets. And it seems to be only for dropdown fields. From looking at the code we have a function fixTicketDropdownFieldValues that sets up dropdowns to be easily migrated and then we call createServiceDeskRequest which also does field mapping to set them up for the Jira request. We believe that something between the 2 transformations is affecting the value. Further investigation and resolution are required. This is a publicly facing ticket to reference an internal one.
