Navigate to the agents' profiles instead of the People and Team page from JSM reports

      Problem Definition

      As per the current design, when you click on an Agent's name in a JSM report, for example, a workload report it redirects to the People and Teams page rather than the profile.
      However, if you hover over the agent's name you will find the "View Profile" button which takes you to the right page.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow the redirection to the profile page instead of the People and Teams page
