Issue Summary

When on issue view of a parent issue, the correct Forms name is displayed. When you go to a subtask that contains a Forms, the correct Forms name is displayed, but when you access the parent issue, the system shows the Forms name from the subtask.

Same issue is occurring for Linked issues as well. When we click on parent issue forms displays correctly, click on Linked issues shows same form names from parent ticket and not from linked issue. After refresh the page , it shows the correct form names.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue and a Forms for it
2. Create a subtask and add a different Forms for it
3. Check the Forms name in the parent issue
4. Click on a subtask and check the Forms name
5. Click on the parent issue

Expected Results

The correct Forms name from the parent issue is displayed.

Actual Results

The Forms name from the subtask is displayed.

Workaround

Refresh the page when changing from main issue/substasks
