Agents/admins can tag a Customer Organization to the issues, however, currently, there is no validation while adding the Organization. 

Due to human error, there is a possibility that a different customer organization can be tagged to the issue which the reporter is not a part of, thereby making the issue visible to the wrong group of customers. 

The suggestion is to have a validation in place when the agent/admins add the customer organization, Jira should validate if the reporter is part of the Organization being added. If the reporter is not part of the Organization there should at least be a prompt indicating to the user that the reporter is not part of the Organization being added, and if the Organization is added, the issue will be shared with all the Organization members.
