Provide ways to interact with the Change Management feature Risk Insights in other facets of Jira

      Problem Definition

      It would be useful to be able to use the Insights provided by the Change Management Feature "Risk Insights" in other places in Jira, such as Automation Rules (Do X if a Conflict appears), Dashboards & Reports (Show Conflicts, if present), JQL Functions (Return Issues related to X Conflict).

      Suggested Solution

      Provide ways to utilize Risk Insights in the various features mentioned, such as the following:

      1. Automation Rules - Trigger (Conflict found/created) or Condition (No Conflict)
      2. Dashboards & Reports - Show Conflicts, if present, when viewing Changes. Have a Gadget showing Conflicts in a Project or between Projects.
      3. JQL Functions - Return Issues involved in conflicts during X to Y Date Range.
