Ability to remove deactivated users from the approval list

      Issue Summary

      Currently, when you deactivate/suspend the account of a user who is currently an approver on a JSM ticket, they will still be listed on the approval list. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set up an approval stage on your workflow, in order to have a list of users to approve within a certain step (at least 1 user should approve it);
      2. Create a ticket and transition it to the status that requires the approval;
      3. Deactivate/suspend the access of any user from the approvers list;
      4. Check the list again. The inactive user will still be listed as an approver.

      Expected Results

      As soon as we deactivate the user from the User Management, they should also be removed from any approvers list.

      Actual Results

      The inactive users are still displayed on the approvers list.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
