Issue Summary
Unable to search for approvers in the 'Approvers' field for team managed projects
Steps to Reproduce
- In a team managed project, create an approval on a workflow step and update the workflow.
- Try adding an approver from the issue view.
Expected Results
The approver should show up in the user-picker field's dropdown.
Actual Results
There will be no approvers that will show in the user picker field's dropdown.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. It is an active incident that our team is working on
My team is affected by this issue. Currently, our workaround is to use Jira mobile app (both Android and iOS versions work). However, the user seems to need both Jira Software AND Jira ServiceDesk licenses to be able to even see the approver field.
