With the Introduction of Topics : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-and-manage-topics-in-your-help-center , We can create it from Help Center but no option to Translate the Topic Name or any contents.
We need to add Topics for respective language and it is not a feasible option as all Topics will be displayed to all users and cause confusion.
Expectation:
Provide the ability to add translation for Topics in Customer Portal
