      Summary

      This is a request for the ability to customize the request-channel-type. This would be useful for Customers to be able to modify the names of the request-channel-type or the ability to add new ones. This would allow customers to further categorize their requests raised and use a request-channel-type specific to an integration, instead of it just saying Anonymous.
