Problem Definition
- Currently, when we open a KB article from the JSM portal, we only have the option to provide feedback using thumb (
/
). However, if the user wants to provide detailed feedback with comments then currently there is no option to add comments on the KB.
Suggested Solution
- It would be useful if we provide an ability for users to add comments on a knowledge base article to provide feedback.
