      Issue Summary

With respect to Data residency move to different regions, as of now Service Registry data and team data are not DaRe compliant, which means this data is stored on multiple regions.

Due to compliance issues if a customer wants to store their Team and Service Data only in their respective region. However, this is not currently supported as both, team and service data are replicated to other locations as well.

For example, when a customer completes the Data Residency move from US to AU region. Even after the move, the Team Data will be replicated in US region.

      Expected Results

After Data residency move to a specific region(eg: US to AU) data should be stored only in destination region (Eg: AU, when moving from US to AU)

      Actual Results

      Information gathered through

      • The service-Registry team confirmed that the data in service-registry is not DaRe compliant (region specific)
      • TEAM's data is also not compliant as Team data is globally replicated (same as Identity’s user profiles).

      Workaround

      No workaround as of now.
