Add the ability to have more than 2000 characters in canned responses

      Issue Summary

      User tried to create a new canned response including more than 2000 characters , which right now is not an option in Jira Service Management.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the issue view of a request.
      1. Select Add internal note or Reply to customer.
      1. Select Canned responses.
      1. Select Create New.
      1. Add more than 2000 characters
      2. Save the changes

      Expected Results

      A new canned response should be created

      Actual Results

      A popup message appears saying that the limit is 2000 characters
