Issue Summary
Ability to customise the customer portal view to move the "Learn more about" knowledge base section below the "Need to raise a request".
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Customer Portal and access Project.
Expected Results
There should be an option to Customize the "Learn more about" section.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
