Hello Team,
As an admin and service desk manager I would like the ability to prevent our customers from setting their email address as "Private" across projects or in individual projects.
This because there might be situations on which a we have a parent -> child relationship across more than one domain and we would like the ability to have their emails visible for communications.
This is the scenario:
Company X is the parent company of Company Y. Both X and Y users sign in to <site>.atlassian.net through single sign on. We need JSM agents to see all customer email addresses for X and Y to avoid issues and prevent communication delays. However we are seeing that users have the ability to hide their email address so it shows "Private Email Address." This causes confusion among agents and has led to duplicate user accounts being created and causing access issues.
