Clicking on an 'Affected Services' on a non-JSM project ends in a broken link

Issue Summary

It's possible to add the 'Affected Services' field to a JSW/JWM project and add a service on the field. However, clicking on the Affected Services field that is added on a non-JSM project ends up in a broken link.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the Affected Services field to the issue screen of a software/business project
2. Select an Affected service
3. Click on the service

Expected Results

Clicking on the affected service should redirect to the service detail page

Actual Results

Clicking on the affected services ends in a 'This project isn't available' link

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
