Issue Summary
When exporting issues from the Issue Filter View and including the [Chart]Time to First Response, or any other Chart field for an SLA in the export, the export automatically converts the timezone from the customer timezone/default timezone to GMT/UTC always.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the Issue Filter View in your instance
- Add the Chart fields to your CSV export and export the Jira Issues
- You will then see that the Chart fields for SLAs don't respect User or Default Timezone and converts them to UTC
Expected Results
For the Chart fields on CSV exports they should use the default or user time zone
Actual Results
CSV exports for Chart fields use the default or user timezone instead of UTC
