Portal only customer unable to access knowledge base article

      Issue Summary

      Portal-only customer accounts unable to access knowledge base article even though they have the right access, which is :-

      • Knowledge base configuration configured to "All logged in user" to view it
      • Pages open to anyone, with no restriction
      • If the page have a parent page , it is open to anyone too.
      • Customer is a customer of the project

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Link JSM project to confluence space
      2. Set to "All logged in user" to view it
      3. Logged in using portal only customer account in portal
      4. Search for the article

      Expected Results

      Portal only customer able to view it.

      Actual Results

      It returns "You do not have permission to view this Confluence article" error.

      Workaround

      Reach out to support to fix it.
