Problem description
The GET Get request type fields returns the fields for a service desk's customer request type as defined in the "Request form" configuration tab.
However, apps and REST API consumers would benefit from accessing the "Issue view" configuration as well. This is currently not available.
Suggested solution
Provide the ability to retrieve the "Issue view" fields configuration via REST API.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
