Issue Summary
The customer portal shows Jira workflow status instead of the statuses set for the customer(Project setting >> Request type >> Workflow status).
Steps to Reproduce
1. Creating a new project,
2. Rename the statuses to show to customers, (the renamed statuses are: Open, In Progress, and Complete)
3. Check in the portal, all the new names are visible(Open, In Progress, Complete)
4. Create a new request type
5. Rename the statuses to show to customer for the new request types (Open, In Progress, Complete)
7. Check in the portal that the names did change, but suddenly the old statuses are there (the extra statuses seen are: TO DO, etc
Expected Results
The status set for customer should be visible in the customer portal
Actual Results
Jira workflow status are visible in the customer portal.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
