Forms UI not displaying all option from a dropdown menu due to static height

Problem Definition

Whenever you create a form and your last field requires a dropdown menu it does not display all options you can choose from correctly, the UI blocks the major part of options you were supposed to be able to select. Prints in attachment for easier understanding. 

Suggested Solution

Do not apply a fixed height whenever you use a dropdown as a last option or make the dropdown menu overlay the end of the forms box.
