Description
Problem Description:
Whenever there's a downtime or when a bug is fixed, its not possible to send out notification to portal customers from Jira Service Management project in bulk.
Suggested Resolution
Need to have an ability to send notifications for system upgrades, bug fixes to portal customers from the service project
Why this is important?
Its important as we can keep portal customer informed on system upgrades and bug fixes instead of creating issue for each bug
Workaround:
We can link the bug fix issues to the customer requests and configure the notifications settings accordingly on a different project created specifically for this purpose
