Allow default project role names to be edited without causing errors

      Currently there is no mention in the project documentation that the default project roles used by JSM (like the administrators and service desk team/service desk customer roles) should not be edited or deleted and we also have the option to edit the name and delete the role. However in the global Project roles page, it is specified that it is best to not delete/edit these roles - Please do not delete this role or edit its name

      Persisting with changing the project role names causes critical permission errors to be displayed indicating that the roles for service desk team and service desk customers are missing. It also causes error when trying to invite an agent to the team and the service desk customer role is recreated/re-added back when a new customer is invited to the project.

      There may be more effects of the role name change that we are not aware of. It sounds like the names for these roles are hard coded into the product.

      The request here is to be able to change the project role names without causing the system to break down.
