Rich Customer Context was recently introduced as per this article.

Currently, Customer service management on the Features page in Project settings is only available for Company Managed Projects.

Suggested Resolution

To make this feature available for Team Managed projects as well.

Why this is important?

Customers are interested to have this feature available for Team managed projects as well for better management of their customers and organisation
