Issue Summary
When clicking on a ticket via Queues or via Issue Navigator and the ticket contains a Form, most of the time the page doesn't load, and a blank screen is shown instead.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Queue or Issue Navigator.
- Click on a ticket that has a Form.
- In case it loads, go back and click on another one.
Expected Results
The ticket loads normally.
Actual Results
It shows a blank screen.
On the network tab, it's possible to see that "?heartbeat=300&tt=16871959934825487&tr=25&uuid=557058" keeps on the pending status.
It will show 200 eventually, but a new "?heartbeat=300&tt=16871959934825487&tr=25&uuid=557058" will appear showing that the request is still queued.
Workaround
Refresh the page and the ticket should load normally.
This has bug has now been fixed as was released as of 22nd of June.
