Ability to collapse Announcements by default

      Problem Definition

      When adding an announcement to the Customer Portal, it is automatically extended.

      If the announcement is too big, it is hiding the request options, and users need to scroll down to find the requests.

      Suggested Solution

      • Give an option for Admin to decide if it should be collapsed or not.
      • Auto Collapse if it reaches a certain size.

      Workaround

      No workaround at this stage.
