Issue Summary
Change Calendar filters don’t show tickets when adding space to the name of the Change Type field on a Jira Service Management project and selecting the option with a space in the name on the change calendar filter.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the cog icon > Issues > Custom fields.
- Search for the Change Type field > Click on the (...) icon > Contexts and default value.
- Edit options > Add a new option with space in the name > Done.
- Go to your JSM Project > Change Calendar > Create a Change request and associate with the new option.
- Filter the Change type for the new option.
Expected Results
The Change Calendar filter shows the ticket.
Actual Results
The tickets having space in the name at the Change Type options are not shown.
Workaround
Remove the space from the name of the new option of Change type.
