Issue summary: When you remove default project roles like Service desk agent, etc from few permission the user gets error which is as shown in the screenshot attached.
If you click on fix issues accidentally the roles will be added by back on permissions.

Expectation: Customer wants the ability to remove those pop ups on certain projects where they want to restrict a project.
