Description
User Problem
Currently, the search function in the Help Center/Portal to find relevant request types based on keywords is fairly basic in that it will only string match for the request type name and the text data in the description.
Example scenario
A request type may contain Select list fields that contain things like Systems, Types, etc. but if the request type has a generic name like "Request System Access", it'd be difficult for users to find the right request form.
Suggested Solutions
A suggestion would be to make the user experience better is if portal users can query for string matching for options within field types such as Select lists.
Current Workarounds
- Adding the option values within the request type description - not practical/scalable
