Issue Summary
Change Calendar filters don’t show tickets when adding additional Options to the Urgency custom field on a Jira Service Management project and selecting the additional options on the change calendar filter.
Steps to Reproduce
- On a Jira Service Management project that has the Change Management feature active, create a ticket choosing a Change Type and an Urgency option that is not default (on the custom field);
- On the same project, access the Operation > Change Calendar;
- Add a filter to the Change Calendar with the same accessed Project, Status=All, don’t choose an Assignee, and in More Filters, select the Change issue type used on the ticket creation, and in Urgency, choose the additional option added to the custom field Urgency.
Expected Results
The Change Calendar filter shows the tickets, including the ones with custom additional Urgency options added to the custom field.
Actual Results
The tickets having the custom additional Urgency options are not shown, if the same conditions are used on a JQL search, all tickets are shown.
Workaround
If possible, avoid using additional custom Urgency options when filtering on the Change Calendar.
Note
The urgency custom field is a default field created when a Jira Service Management project has the Feature > Work Categories activated.
