Ability to get "Shareable URL" from Confluence page if page is used as JSM knowledge page articles

      JSM Portal only user(customer) can look knowledge base page articles on Portal.
      So it would be helpful if JSM Agent can get Knowledge base page articles link URL from Confluence pages. Because JSM Agent sometimes need to announce KB for Portal only customer.

      Workaround

      1. open Knowledge page articles on Portal, and get URL
      2. Project > [Knowlege Page] > Open an article > get URL from "Shareble URL"
