Issue Summary

Hyperlink is not working with single request type

Steps to Reproduce

• in the JSM agent view
• Go to Project -> Project Settings -> Request Types
• Keep only one Request under the Project
• Give it a description like "Get assistance for general IT problems and questions. [music | {}https://www.bestwebsite.com]"
• Now go to customer portal and try to create a Request Ticket with the same request Type set above, you will not be able to navigate to https://www.bestwebsite.com/ upon click.

Expected Results

Hyperlink should work with single request type

Actual Results

Hyperlink is not working with single request type

Workaround

Need to create two request type to make hyperlink work
