Problem Definition  

Even after a customer deletes an attachment from an issue it is still visible on the attachment form under Recent Uploads. I understand it is attached only to the specific user but it can create concerns that potentially sensitive information is still 'in the cloud' even after deleting.

Suggested Solution

1. User should have the option to delete recent uploads
2. If a user deletes an attachment from an issue it should also remove it from recent uploads
