Issue Summary

Issues fail to create in Mobile Device browsers if you fill out Date and Time form field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the Portal from your Jira Service Management project from your Mobile Browser
2. Create a Request that contains a Date and Time field which is not required
3. Fill the Date and Time field with data

Expected Results

The request should be created

Actual Results

If you click the Send button it will not do anything

Workaround

Customers can create the request from a PC browser and also add the date and time information from the description field so the Agent can modify it from the Issue View screen.
