Fields configured as required in are still visible in the ticket customer portal view but are not available while creating the ticket in Portal

      Issue Summary

      If the field is removed from the Issues Configure Screen. The field will be automatically removed from the Request form. But the field will show up only on the ticket's portal view not on the ticket issue view

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Add a field(should have some value) to issue create screen and then add it to the request form
      • Configure the field as required for the issue type (Jira Admin > Issues > Field Configuration)
      • Remove the field directly from the issue create screen
      • The field (nonempty) is still visible in the ticket in the customer portal but not available while creating the ticket

      Actual Results

      Fields should be removed from the portal as well.

      Workarounds

      • Re-add the field to the Issue Create screen from the Field Configure Screen
      • Remove the required field setting for the issue type
