Problem:
While troubleshooting/resolving customer quires it is well know that occasionally Support Agents may need to get on screen sharing session with the customer.
Although there some 3rd party apps on Atlassian Marketplace like:
which lets start screen sharing within JSM. Options of 3rd app is very limited.
Suggestions:
Implement native remote desktop application within JSM portal that can used by helpdesk agents to connect with their end customer.
