Issue Summary
When the User is added as Project Admin and edit the Portal Announcement, message fields appear Empty.
This is happening only when additional language is added in Language Support and additional language is not Available to Customers.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a user as Project Admin.
- Navigate to Language Support > Add languages > Make Sure Available to Customers is toggled OFF.
- Login as Project Admin > Navigate to Project Settings > Portal Settings > Click on Manage portal Announcements > Click Portal Announcement
- Message Title and Message appears Empty even though the announcements are already added.
Expected Results
Users should be able to edit the existing Announcement without any issue.
Actual Results
Announcement message appears empty for the agents.
Workaround
- Either we need to make one of the additional language available to Customer.
- Or remove all the additional languages from Project.
