Create reusable flows / custom standard flows

      Creating reusable intent flows and being able to copy them to intents that have a similar workflow will save time for admins.

       

      The specific use case is for a custom standard flow that includes:

      1. a choice node that asks the help seeker if their issue was resolved
      2. an edge that connects to the resolution flow
      3. an edge that connects to the escalation flow 

      This specific example would be used across a wide number of flows.
